Because every pool and every schedule is a little different, recurring plans are set up over a quick phone call rather than online that way we can talk through frequency, timing, and anything specific to your pool before locking anything in.

We cover the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. If you're just outside these areas, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

The full service includes cleaning (e.g. vacuum, tile scrub and skim) on top of water testing and balancing. Water Test & Dose Only skips the clean and just covers chemistry and a quick equipment check, for pools that don't need cleaning every visit.
NSW3 years for all pools.

We'll check your pump, filter and other equipment and let you know exactly what we find, but repairs aren't included in a maintenance visit. If something needs fixing, we'll refer you to a local recognised pump specific technician.

Chemicals are charged separately from the service fee, based on what your pool actually needs that visit. We will only charge for the dose necessary to keep your pool clean.

Yes — start with a one-off visit and move to a recurring plan anytime, or the other way around. There's no lock-in contract.

No, as long as we can access the pool. Just let us know at booking if there's anything we'll need, including gate codes, pet reminders, etc.
